Abstract
A ‘how-to’ training in which participants will experience and learn a short conversational structure that enables the 2 parties (usually coach and client) to identify values and strengths (from the past) and reapply them to current challenges.
Paul will take you step-by step through this three-part classic activity which we use with clients to demonstrate powerfully and succinctly how changing the conversation can change the world.
During the conversation, you’ll practice and develop your skills of questioning, listening and offering precise and valuable feedback.
The practice will be framed with an introduction putting the activity into contexts of working within organisations, and we’ll conclude with questions and reflections.
