Background
Experiment your moment workshop is a self-directed and safe space job crafting workshop for the user to think aloud. It narrates the user into the world of Play by building their story based on their best self. It creates accountability to shift the user to more proactive behaviors.
Aims
It provides a space to experience listening to and listening for the story and the space of silence. It is a safe space for the user to reflect, create a goal, and become aware of their pattern, thoughts to, proactive behaviors.
Method
Using Positive psychology coaching and LEGO in narrative story building, the user will go through anticipatory, discovery, dream, and design stages. Each stage consists of build, showing, and tell from the user.
The show-and-tell process evokes user awareness with questions from the story they build.
Results
The workshop provides the user with optimum match support and an immersive experience by building their problem and situation experience daily in a story. It works on what matters the most to the user. It provides the user Optimism, Resilience, and self-efficacy. The process will enable the user to be accountable and take ownership of their story. They are hopeful and give a multi-pathway of agency for their well-being, work, and happiness through job crafting with proactive behaviors
Conclusion
The moment of experience works on meaningful and useful stuff for the user. The space of silence promotes better reflection and allows for better engagement and motivation. In the moment of their story, the user will be given time to reflect, which is the silent stage, whereby the user will build the story with the questions asked. The transition from search to shift inviting them to do to their ideal future self helps to unlock the user's power of imagination of positive language and imagery help to co-create individual futures and positive outcomes.
