Angelina is an executive coach and facilitator who has over 25 years experience both in-house and as a human performance and change management consultant with leading global firms. She has worked within the corporate, not-for-profit, government and higher education sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.
In the last five years, she has run leadership development and coaching programs across major Australian banks, law firms, federal and state government departments and a nation-wide educational not for profit.
Angelina is passionate about coaching women leaders in particular to help them connect more authentically to self and others; to lead and live purposefully; and, to be fully engaged with their work and lives in order to thrive and help others to do so. She does this by assisting them to realise, develop and harness their own unique strengths and talents.
Angelina also teaches positive psychology to the next generation of leaders at Monash University Business School. Her unit has become a compulsory professional development course for all masters of business students and is consistently one of the most highly-rated units by student satisfaction scores. She started learning about and working with positive psychology in 2003. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of individuals and groups to realise and strengthen their sources of high performance.
She has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne; her capstone thesis was Thriving Women, Thriving Workplaces: Shifting the paradigm about women, gender equality, wellbeing and work. Angelina also holds a Certificate IV in Business Coaching and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. She is also accredited in: Strengths Profile (individual and team); Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GWLS); DISC; MBTI.
Angelina enjoys daily bush walks with her husband and very spoilt spaniels, Rolo & Alfie. She is mother to a teen daughter and two adult step sons who have taught her about music, social media and how to have a sense of humour.
