Angela P. Chen
Angela Chen is a PhD student in management at The University of Melbourne. Her research interests are compassion, suffering and positive organizations. Before embarking in academia, she worked in industry in the United States for 17 years as a human resource professional in the oil and automotive industries. She obtained her M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Both her Master of Applied Positive Psychology and Master of Management (Commerce) are from The University of Melbourne.
