Muhammad Kashif Fida

I am working as a head organizational psychologist and head of the CARE Lab where my primary task is to ensure the psychological suitability of the candidates for various entry, mid and senior-level positions. We have also designed leadership pipeline programs for the succession of senior as well as middle management personnel. Further, career paths for junior-level positions were devised to streamline junior employees with the organizational objective to achieve strategic goals. We also conduct employee engagement surveys, satisfaction studies, and learnability gap analyses to further develop the human capital of the bank. I am also a panel psychologist of the Federal Public Services Commission (FPCS) for the Civil Superior Services Examination (CSS) since 2018. CSS is considered the most prestigious exam in our country to enter government bureaucratic jobs. In the future, my focus would be on work-life balance, well-being, team processes, and happiness. Along with, the difficulties in maintaining work-life balance while working from home, and the digitalization and the threat skill force is facing due to it.
