Gregory G Hennessy
Gregory Hennessy is an award-winning teacher at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in strategy and organizational development. He integrates human and organizational behavior, qualitative and quantitative analysis, complexity, and systems thinking to help clients solve their most difficult problems and develop strategic capability. Greg holds master’s degrees in Social Science from the California Institute of Technology and in Management from MIT’s Sloan School. He earned his doctoral degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he studied the relationship between character, entrepreneurship and strategic leadership. Greg's dissertation examined the characteristics early-stage investors look for in founders during the investment selection process.
