Sarah François-Poncet spent over three decades in international corporate law, first with what is now the world’s largest multinational law firm and then as Global General Counsel for the luxury brand Chanel, before pivoting to a deeper passion—helping teams and individuals address their professional challenges and achieve their highest potential. Since completing her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the coaching program at the French business school INSEAD, she has been working with individuals and teams in several continents in a variety of formats, from one-to-one coaching to tailored workshops for groups.
