During my 35+ year career as an entrepreneur, CEO, and enterprise creator, I have founded and built two different companies and led them to successful exits. Prior to starting my businesses, I have also had experience as a Senior level executive with two different technology companies. Currently, as a Strategic Consultant and Partner to small to midsize companies, I personally invest and help entrepreneurs seek profitable outcomes for their businesses. Combining my entrepreneurial business experience and education in positive psychology, I offer coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs and business professionals who are looking for the next level of performance for their companies while enhancing their own and their team's well-being. I have a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, an MS (Master in Science) degree in Robotics and Automation from Clemson University, an MBA from Clemson University, and a MAPP (Master's in Applied Positive Psychology) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
