Claudia Giacomoni
Professor Claudia Giacomoni, PhD, is a Brazilian academic, Psychologist, hold a PhD in Development Psychology Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and Yale University. She is the Director of the Center for Positive Psychology Studies at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She was a Professor at Federal University of São Paulo, and is currently Full Professor at Department of Developmental and Personality Psychology and at the PhD Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She was one of the first researchers in Positive Psychology in Brazil, was one of the founders of the Brazilian Positive Psychology Association in 2013. She is the current President of the Brazilian Association of Positive Psychology (2021/2023).
