Supan Mrs Unjai
Supan Unjai is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Griffith University, Australia, and a lecturer in the Faculty of Nursing at Khon Kaen University, Thailand. Supan is a registered nurse working in the intensive care unit for five years (2008 -2013) and then have been a lecturer since 2003. Supan completed her Master's (Adult Nursing) in 2016, which research study focused on supportive care needs among cervical cancer patients in Northeast Thailand. Supan has been on a committee for a four-month palliative care nursing advance training for registered nurses. Supan commenced doctoral study in 2020 to present and is presently conducting research focused on compassion satisfaction, resilience, and passion for work in healthcare professionals working in intensive care units in Thailand.
