Meriflor Toneatto is an award-winning executive with 27 years of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and entrepreneurial experience. She is the Founder & CEO of the Institute of Positive Psychology Coaching (IPPC), a global virtual institute dedicated to training and education excellence and innovation in the emerging field of applied positive psychology coaching. The IPPC is the next step for leadership coaches who want to differentiate themselves with advanced evidence-based training, cutting-edge curriculum, and business development tools, leading to a designation as a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Coach (CAPPC). The in-depth curriculum includes more than 130 hours of training for the Certificate Level 1 and Diploma Level 2 programs to help leadership coaches maximize their practice, careers and impact. Meriflor holds an MSc. in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), and is a Doctoral candidate with a research focus on positive psychology coaching and leadership development at Middlesex University.
