Wendy-Ann Smith

Wendy-Ann is a coaching psychologist. Registered as a psychologist in Australia and France, trained as an executive life, solution focused coach. She is an early adopter of positive psychology and accredited facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® for positive psychology coaching. Previously in her native country Australia, Wendy-Ann founded Inspirations Coaching and Development, a life and personal development coaching and counselling practice, and also provided consulting to employment assistance programs. She has also co-facilitated group solution focused coaching to university students at the University of Wollongong and positive psychology workshops to the general public at the University of Sydney. Now based in the Paris region, Wendy-Ann has founded her business Eclorev, which provides individual and group coaching to business schools, organisations and entrepreneurs. Wendy-Ann is particularly passionate about supporting women in business through coaching and mentoring in personal development, and maintaining balance, wellbeing and to empower thriving expatriate communities at home and in the workplace, through the principals and practices of positive psychology coaching. Wendy-Ann is also an experienced mentor, project manager, author and talented photographer.
